FlyBase
FlyBase is a comprehensive database for information on the genetics and molecular biology of Drosophila. It includes data from the Drosophila Genome Projects and data curated from the literature.
FSTA Direct
Published by IFIS Publishing, the FSTA. – Food Science and Technology Abstracts. database is the largest and most respected database in its field, covering all aspects of food science, food technology and food-related human nutrition. The entire FSTA. database is now available directly from IFIS Publishing for the first time in a web-searchable form as FSTA Direct..
GCRDb
G-Protein Coupled Receptor Database.
GeneCards
A database of human genes, proteins and diseases
GSDB
The Genome Sequence DataBase (GSDB) is a database of publicly available nucleotide sequences and their associated annotation maintained by NCGR. GSDB acquires most of its sequence data from the International Nucleotide Sequence Database Collaboration (IC, comprising DDBJ, EMBL, and GenBank databases) on a nightly basis. Each sequence record is parsed and stored in a relational database representation.
Hydrogenase&nitrogenase databases
Hydrogenase and nitrogenase databases. About 4000 references of hydrogen production studies.
HyperCLDB
HyperCLDB is a hypetext devoted to availabilityof human and animal cell lines that areavailable from European collections.More than 4,000 cell lines are recorded.A fre text search engine is as well available.
IMGT server
IMGT is a database specializing in Immunoglobulins (Ig), T cell receptors (TcR) and Major Histocompatibility Complex (MHC) molecules of all vertebrate species, created in 1989 by Marie-Paule Lefranc. At present, IMGT includes two databases: IMGT/LIGM-DB, a comprehensive database of Ig and TcR from human and other vertebrates, with translation for fully annotated sequences, and IMGT/HLA-DB, a database of the human MHC referred to as HLA (Human Leucocyte Antigens).
Interact
An Object Oriented Database for Protein-Protein Interactions.
LYSANDRASOFT
LYSANDRA – a software for creating keys and database on different groups of living organisms. By present day we finished completely creating the first key and catalogue on the beetles of the genus Cryptocephalus (Chrysomelidae, Coleoptera) for the Palearctic Region and here we propose the work on CD to your. On our site you can learn all about this work and if it will interest to you, you can order and acquire this work on CD.
